Project Duration: Consulting Position, 6 months
Project Location: Buffalo, NY
Job Title: Service Desk Agent

Description:
Provides Level 1 phone support for general IT issues. Issues will include access, general hardware and software, and basic usage issues.

Skills Required:
Must have broad knowledge of desktop support coupled with customer support skills.
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, self-starter 
Patience and outgoing personality
Associate Degree or higher
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to apply logic and reasoning to different situations
Associates Degree in Information Technology coupled with 2 years of full-time Level 1 service desk/helpdesk experience.
General IT knowledge and proven ability to provide support via phone.  
Experience with documenting tickets and working with Level 2 support team when needed to support our customer.
Strong Customer Service is critical to the success of this position.
