Project Duration: Consulting Position, 18 months 
Project Location: Santa Clara, CA/ Partial Remote
Job Title: Epic Production Support (Training)

Epic Production Support Analyst who will train all reporting users on the new Epic Cogito tools.

Resource will train all reporting users on the new Epic Cogito tools.
Specific Tasks:
• Work with reporting team to understand system changes.
• Develop training plan.
• Develop curriculum.
• Develop eLearning.
• Provide classroom training of end users.
• Log class completion in HealthLearning.
• Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality.
• Consult with County Instructional Designers to ensure knowledge so that they are able
to provide ongoing education related to reporting within their Epic applications.
• Provide new hire training materials to County Instructional Designers responsible for
reporting workbench.

Skills Required:
• Must be able to develop curriculum and eLearning for Epic’s Cogito functionality.
• Must have experience with training on Epic reporting, preferably the new Cogito tools.

• Epic’s Cogito Curriculum.
