Job Title:  Beaker AP PM 
Description:  Full-time (contract)

Job Summary:
CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) Project Manager/Team Lead in preparation for an upcoming Epic Implementation for their client based in Atlanta, GA.
•    Exhibits the highest degree of expertise in one or more specialized areas supporting Epic HER
•    Able to function independently within technical and organizational area (s) of specialization
•    May assume group and/or large project management as assigned
•    Provides support and guidance to all levels of functional management throughout organization, acting in the capacity of functional, business or information consultant
•    Solves complex technical or organizational problems utilizing knowledge in area (s) of specialization
•    Instructs and mentors others in the organization within area (s) of specialization
•    Expected to focus 80% or more time engaged in supporting Epic design, build, testing and support

Deployment of Beaker AP 
•    Assistance in conversion of Instrument middleware for the anatomic areas
•    Overseeing & project management in support of a new deployment of Epic Beaker AP
•    Providing project oversight and liaison between lab and IT for the rollout
•    Assistance and oversight of any integration work needed
•    Interfacing with the LIS team
•    Development and oversight of project plan, deliverables, risks and issues, decision documentation, change management process

Responsibilities include the project management and team lead of the implementation of the Epic Beaker product in the anatomic area.  

•    Epic Beaker certification required – AP (preferred) or CP.  Exception may be made for extensive recent Beaker project management implementation experience
•    Laboratory operations background strongly preferred
•    At least 3 years of Beaker Project Management Experience
•    LIS experience required
•    PMP preferred 
•    Strong Project Management in a Healthcare setting
