Job Title: Business Analyst
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Summary:
Serves in a lead role by establishing business analysis deliverables, work plans and estimates. Ensures that all business analyst team efforts follow client and CTG standards as appropriate. Works closely with client executives and project managers.
Responsibilities:
• Successfully perform all responsibilities of Business Analyst
• Serve as Lead Business Analyst directing the work of other project team members
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Duties:
• Successfully perform all duties of Business Analyst
• Develop work plans and estimates for business analysis efforts; ensure team delivery to project timeliness and scope
• Provide assistance and guidance to less senior business analysts
• Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilities
Qualifications:
• All qualifications of Business Analyst
• IIBA or equivalent certification (can substitute five years experience and significant progress toward certification)
• Over two years’ experience in business analysis with consistent growth in responsibility
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Expert in the use of templates and any methodology, including related business modeling deliverables and techniques
• Competent knowledge of area of specialization (e.g., financial services)
• Ability to supervise efforts of a team
• Demonstrated proficiency in using current modeling tools
