Tu principal reto será:
- Atender los requerimientos e incidentes de primer nivel de los productos y servicios de clientes externos por los canales establecidos en la organización para lograr la satisfacción de los mismos.

Tendrás que:
- Realizar el registro, seguimiento, escalamiento y/o solución de las solicitudes de servicio e incidentes en la herramienta de gestión y según el procedimiento establecido por la organización.
- Atender los diferentes canales de atención definidos por la organización.
- Mantener informado al cliente sobre las solicitudes de servicio e incidentes bajo su gestión, hasta que se brinde solución o se escale a otra área.
- Lograr la atención y solución de las solicitudes de servicio e incidentes en el menor tiempo posible o máximo dentro de los acuerdos de niveles de servicio establecidos con los clientes.
